Individual freedom and independence is the bedrock of America’s founding. The foundation of our republic is a federal government for and by the people; infringement on individual freedom is an attack on the very foundation of America. The Framers of the United States Constitution understood the vital importance of protecting individual freedoms from tyrannical powers.
